We offer a variety of facilitation training, including ToP (Technology of Participation) Methods developed by the Institute of Cultural Affairs.
ToP® Facilitation Methods (TFM)provides practical tools for fostering highly energized, productive, inclusive, and meaningful group participation. The ToP® course is for anyone who leads meetings or works with groups and desires better results. Learn and practice two foundational facilitation methods and a powerful application!
ToP® Strategic Planningprocess builds on your learning from the ToP® Facilitation Methods course, showing you how to weave those methods into an integrated approach to strategic planning. This course is best for those responsible for the successful implementation of organizational strategies. Using this method results in a plan that is realistic, strategic, achievable, and easy to monitor.
P.A.T.H. (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) is a short and powerful graphic planning process excellent for individuals or groups about to begin a project or explore a new life/work direction. This exercise achieves great motivation for those who want to focus only on the next 12-24 months, as opposed to the typical five year strategic planning effort. When you only have a half day to "kick off" a planning effort, this is a great choice. Once you've had a P.A.T.H. done for yourself, you can then facilitate the P.A.T.H. process to others.
